Why is there a debug file on my computer and how to I fix it

In the debug file it says [1010/132558.157:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)

    I use vs code also, but in my case it will delete the file.

    I don't know what that means, just an observation.

    Yes, I get it  every time I start VS code.

    Also now sftp extension has stopped working.

    I don't know what else isn't working. It was intermittent until that last update this morning. Now they have "Fixed it" so it doesn't work at all. Even though sftp doesn't work my old coreftp program does.

    sftp by liximomo is the extension and it says its using the windows 10 version of sftp. I haven't had any problem with chrome (yet).

    I changed my debugger to Firefox in VS code and still have the sftp problem.

    the same thing is happening to me, i already uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it and it didnt work, its still popping up
