Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop.

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

Well I thought I would try again to fix this problem but no luck. I deleted partitions and restored dell laptop software, I let the system update and when finished same problem. Works great for about 20 minutes and then locks up, only way to stop is hard stop with power button.

its one of the generic canned responses that doesn't work. I set my virtual memory to the correct size that MAY have helped. I'm not sure, I haven't used my main system for much more than an hour at a time randomly since these freezes started happening. Now Microsoft has announced Win 11 and I imagine things will only get worse from here.. makes me want to sell my damn machine sometimes.. Can't find an xbox or ps5 to buy anyways so we are screwed all around.

That was one of the first things I did. It has solved nothing.
