Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop.

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

Mine will either freeze or black screen after every 2 days. 2 days of working just fine and then the issue will come back again.

Ya my symptoms were similar but not always the same timeframe - once it made it almost 2 weeks before it just blackscreen froze overnight while the system was idle (it always froze while idle). Rolled back to v2004 and no more issues.

hope so. i was testing my pc around 3 months to try discover the problem. and i'm almost 100% sure that the problem for my stuttering is realtek audio or lan driver incompatibility with windows. lets pray for this update.

Looks like most are having the same problem as myself.

and this happened to me before windows updated and reset everything.

Last time my laptop was doing this, it turned out to be a problem with the touch screen and win 10 laptops.  I wish I could find the correct youtube vid that shows which device manager things to fix.  Will continue to look.  If anyone finds, please let me know.
