Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop.

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

I formatted my computer. I'm now on Windows 10 1909. The random black screen or issue still remain. I'm tired of all this. I'm starting to look at any possible hardware failures.

My work laptop, a HP Zbook 15 G2, has just gone through the latest Windows update to 20H2.  Within a couple of hours of using it the laptop froze.  It has NEVER done this before.

There was nothing I could do except press and hold the power button to turn it off.

That was last night and I decided to call it a day as it was late.  This morning I thought I should make sure the laptop would power up, which it did without a problem, however within 15 minutes it had completely frozen again.  All I was doing was using Google Chrome!

If this continues, and given it has happened twice in a very short space of time I suspect it will, then the laptop will be unusable.  As an IT contractor without the laptop I cannot work and therefore cannot earn money.

It could be a hardware issue for you but as for me, I've reinstalled windows 5-6 times now. Reinstalled fresh windows twice. Sent it to GeekSquad 3 times and they couldn't find anything wrong with my hardware. Rolling back to version 1909 will not work for me because that's when I started to have the random freezing and black screen issue. I tried to roll back to version 1809 but it won't let me. Version 1809 was the only stable version for me. Anything after that is not stable at all.
