Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop.

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

I tried this and it's working for me .

go to Control Panel > Power Options > Preferred Plan > Change to High Performance .

when it was set at  Balanced ( recommended )  it would freeze up .

hope this works for others .

I tried this and my laptop was doing fine for a few hours and just a minute ago, the screen went black and the whole system locked up with a buzzing noise. And just look at my reliability report here. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. There are days where my laptop would run just fine but the rest are just filled with freezing issues.

the problem is there is no high setting it only has top performance, also if I close the top down but do not shut down then reopen it it will not restart I have to start it again, the internal and external speakers work but not headphones, I updated the driver and tried 5 pairs of phones, if I go to see if there was any hardware change it freezes, some downloaded apps freeze also, I fixed the clock and the wifi and got it to this point but I just can not figure this out and there is no outside apps as of yet because I cant get to download any been working for 4 days trying to find out why and fresh install does not work.
