Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop. 

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

    One of the FREE tools I use to tweak Win 10 is https://winaerotweaker.com/. There is an option for stopping windows auto update as well of a bunch of great check the box options for using or stopping Win 10 functions. Other than rolling back the OS, there is not much we can do. I read that Microsoft has assigned a large number of software engineers to figure out the SolarWinds cyber security hack they just learned about. So instead of debugging and/or fixing Win 10, they are working on securing their own network.

    Okay, so there's only one fix I could come up with to fix this problem. Go to Windows Update Settings>View Update History>Uninstall Updates. In the list that comes up, find the Windows update that says something like Windows 10 blah blah "VERSION 20H2". Select this and uninstall this. Problem solved. Did this, last in Jan 2021, windows automatically updated the version yesterday, and I immediately started facing the problem again. Rolled back the update, and it was back to fine again. I can assure you that this update is problematic. IT EVEN TRIGGERED BIOS UPDATES!!! Hardcore bios updates, not the ones which Windows has. My device drivers are knocked out of the park if you let it run for too long.

    Having same problem. System had been rock solid stable with Win10 version 2004, installed 20H2 update and the next morning I walked into my machine having completely locked up. Nothing helpful in the system logs to indicate the cause. I let it go and 2 weeks later, same thing. Hard locked while the system was idle overnight - nothing in the system logs. I just rolled back to version 2004 today, so we'll see if that fixes the issue or not.
