Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop.

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

That's as bad as it gets! My clean reinstall is still running well with no freezes, and I've just about finished reinstalling all apps. So far, so good (4 days no crashes).

Is it still running smoothly with no crash?

First of all i want to apologize for my english, isn't my best point, but i will try to do my best... I want to share my expirience with you.

Few weeks ago my PC decided by itself upgrade to windows 10 version 20h2 from 1909 (that one was completly stable for me, 0 crash). After that, i start having system freezes or crashes with no blue screens, no error codes, nothing on the event viewer... Just the mouse work, and the sadest thing, i had to press the pc button to hard stop every time.

Then, i start searching on google or forums like this, about that problem, i will share here some of like 100 things i've tried this days ago.

    • I did the "sfc /scannow and dism restorehealth. (Not work)
    • I updated manually 1 by 1 all my drivers to the latest. (Not work)
    • I did a clean start-up with only windows files and software, disconnecting all my usb ports except mouse and keyboard. (Not work)
    • I disabled things like "Intel Rapid Storage". (Not work)
    • I tried to put my CPU and RAM at default Mhz, before that i had "Gameboost" on bios from "MSI Bios" and XMP Profile enabled. (Not work)
    • I uninstalled my AVG Antivirus and did a config for Windows defender. (Not work)
    • Did a clean install of Windows 10 21h1 taked from Microsoft Web, doing all the steps typed before again (Not work)
    • Did a clean install of Windows 10 2004 taked from Rufus, doing all the steps typed before again (Not work)
    • Did a clean install of Windows 10 1909 taked from Rufus. (Had 0 crashes on a week)

Actually im a computer technician, and i really don't know why that happen's, the sadest thing it's no error codes, no error msg, nothing. I don't know if its about usb drivers, if it's something about GPU (Cause on task manager, two times i had the error, i can see the % usage of GPU stucked on -1% one time, and the other was on 100% without playing nothing). I will apreciate if someone find a solution about that problem cause it's so annoying. Im sure i've tried more things than listed before, but i can't remember all, i just know that no one works for me.
