Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop. 

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

    Mine will either freeze or black screen after every 2 days. 2 days of working just fine and then the issue will come back again.

    Glad it's working out for you. The problem with 2004 for me was the issues were a lot worse. I would experience the random black screen or freezing issue 7-8 times a day. With 20H2, it would happen 1-2 times a day for me. While it's not as bad, it's still very annoying. Thanks for the update tho.

    Sure no problem, any way you can roll back to 1909? Both 1909 and 2004 were stable for me.

    I've updated to the latest version a couple of days ago and I've had one freeze yesterday. The screen went black and the system was completely locked up.

    I just updated to version 20h2 (OS Build 19042.844)

    Ill see how that works and update from here.
