It's been close to 5 months Win 10 version 2004 has been made available to the end-users.
Initially, there's been a lot of "Bugs and Issues" with the initial release. Most of them have been resolved by various updates. But there's one particular issue regarding Conexant Drivers that I believe is barring a lot of users to upgrade to the newest version 2004.
I myself is a victim of such a situation. I myself have been seeing the same old message "The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. Once it’s ready for your device, you’ll see the update available on this page."
I don't know what is Microsoft doing regarding this issue lately. but it has been quite a while and the issue hasn't been fixed yet. A lot of other issues have been resolved but this particular issue hasn't been fixed.
I think Microsoft has been neglecting this issue for far too long, and I feel abandoned as an end-use.
Is there any chance that the ones like me can upgrade to "Version 2004" before the Win 10 October 2020 release?

Well perhaps there's hope yet then - just gone through the monthly "Tuesday update" on my Yoga13 and still on 1909 with only the "standard updates" offered. Let's hope it will the Yoga13's turn soon! I'll leave it on and connected for longer tomorrow. Usually only use it for an hour in the morning and then turn it off.

Mine finally came through on my Yoga 14 (20FY) the other day through the regular Windows Update process. Then after a handful of other updates and a couple reboots, 20H2 was offered and installed. it's been running fine for a few days now.
Nothing coming up on my Lenovo Yoga 13 yet - check am / pm every day!!

But when are Microsoft going to come up with a click to install update - version 1909 will stop being updated soon!

There seem to have been some interesting development. Windows update is offering this driver update which is newer than what we all have had previously. This might resolve the 2004 update block which I can't test at this moment because my Windows 10 Home is already updated to the 2004 version.
So Microsoft has provided a driver and it seems to work just fine for some of us. For example, I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 14 (20FY) and was able to install the new driver through Device Manager, Update Driver. A day or two later, the 20H2 version of Win 10 became available, I installed it, and it's been running fine for a month now.
Maybe your device wasn't one of those that this driver applies to? If so, they are at least providing information on a workaround that could help for some devices:
