Now problem is that my system is Micromax Canvas LapTab LT666 running on Intel(r) atom(tm) cpu z3735f @ 1.33ghz and there is no information about drivers on Micromax website. The customer support numbers are not reachable. Is there any way or place from where i can download the drivers for this device?
I am by no means a mrdbeta or a Reno (computer gurus) .... but this had me searching. I do not have a solution for what you are needing (drivers) but wanted to share my findings:
My search led me to a site run by DriverPack Solution.
https://drp.su/en/laptops/micromax/canvas-laptab-lt666?os=windows-10-x86
They claim:
Micromax Canvas Lapttab LT666 laptop drivers for Windows 10.
I then did a search to see how reputable the above company is and from what I found: STAY AWAY AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM THAT SITE (if by chance you searched and happened upon it yourself.) Malware, possible trojans, changes windows settings and it did not pass many anti-virus tests. Someone claimed they try to up-sell you to buy a pro version to get the updated drivers for your laptop which, in reality, do not exist for your machine-- from what I can gather.
I kept searching and happened upon a thread that is on this very site (although from two years ago) with your very problem.
TITLE**: Drivers are not available to download for MICROMAX canvas Lt666w laptab.**
There were 3 replies--one by our very own "Sumit" in which he says:
This is the reason why Micromax failed in the Indian market. Be their phones or Laptops/Laptabs, they do not provide driver support for the future version of OS like Windows. If Micromax's website doesn't list newer ones, unfortunately you would have to stick with the current ones."
Sorry I could not find what you need or be of more help ! Hope something works out for you. Keep trying what the "pro's" here tell you to attempt. Good Luck.
