Here is my Windows version...I re-installed windows 2 times but same issue.
I don't see any device listed in device manager for Sound, Camera or Touchscreen. see attached screenshot.

the KB4579311 was indeed with Windows 10 build 20H2.

Windows Updates seems to be fine.
Well if you install it from scratch.
Wipe every thing clean.,
Have you installed it on your computer ?? it's Windows 10 Enterprise Edition. because I saw from the watermark on your Desktop.

Installed the new update on the 16th. Turned my laptop on on the 18th and I've lost everything - documents, photo's, all settings, passwords, apps etc.
Its as if I've done a factory re-set.
I'm presuming there is nothing i can do, or undo to get everything back is there?
Whats extremely frustrating is i now cant open any apps at all or add them to my system, so having to go the long route to get my email. It's incredibly frustrating.
