I updated my laptop and am now stuck on the BIOS screen. I received the error message that there was a problem with an update and when my computer automatically restarted, it went to the BIOS page and now I cannot use my computer. I'm a student and this is not cool. I have schoolwork to turn in and need my computer functional.

2020-10-15T08:48:32+00:00 I installed the new update and the hardware control buttons on my keyboard got screwed up. They are dual purpose keys with hardware controls and F# keys, the hardware controls used to be the default and you had to hold the Fn button on the keyboard to get the F# keys to work and now it's the opposite. Any ideas on how to flip them back?
