2020-10-17T11:49:21+00:00 Thanks again for your reply. Unfortunately, the issue continues.
- My Windows 10 is combined with my Laptop and of course activated.
- I studied computer science, therefore I know the basic logic and operation of PC.
- I tried all the methods you mentioned. Although I had tried them before, just now I re-tried one by one, and none of them worked.
- This is the information I captured from Windows Update Troubleshooting. Not sure if it helps.
- Another error message during my recovery attempts is 'dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth', as the following picture. The strange thing is, when I re-ran this command, the error message was gone! But, if I run 'dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth' again, then run 'restorehealth', it will show this error again. So, the process is: scanhealth->restorehealth(error)->restorehealth(no error).
- Could you please tell me the consequence of this issue? If I can still update my Windows on the next and future updates, I think it is not a big deal; but if I lose all my future updates, I will have to fix it!
Thank you again!
