Cumulative updates - October 2020

I tried to install the new update twice, once on the 18th and again today (20th). Both times, my machine bluescreened and broke.

(I have a very baseline understanding of tech, so I'm not entirely sure what happened, or how to explain it.)

I only got my pc back to normal by hard-booting, at which point it uninstalled what it had tried to update. This is the only thing that seems to fix the problem.

I went into the settings and delayed updates until the 1st, but I'm at a loss of what to do once that time expires. I'm mostly making this post so I can alert you guys that this issue is still ongoing.

If it helps, I'm on a Dell Inspiron 15 3593 that is less than a year old. I'm using Windows 10 Home, version 1909. I was also in-and-out, doing chores while I waited for the machine to update. I wasn't really watching it.

while i did hide  this update with hide tool it did try to install update once again

but now my system is not rolling back anymore and i got PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR

sfc /scannow says it needs to reboot and cannot change something because of that

(maybe finish roll-back of update, but it can't boot)

it's the very first roll of the on-screnn round-robin and i think that this can be something about harddrive-management

 safe mode is not working \ logging-boot not working

only recovery mode is available.

roll-back of update - not working, no system restore point

(maybe because disk was full and it is not hosting restores to another disk)

can't upgrade from MediaToolDisk (can't boot).

the only difference was that it was not reboot after update, but shutdown.

and next day it continued to 90% with can't install and then roll back and now it's not working,
