definitely it is an issue caused by the october update (20H2). ¿why am i sure of this?. Because i installed windows 8.1 again and downloaded all the updates available for windows 8.1 and my dedicated graphics card AMD HD8730M worked without any problem, in fact this post was written while using windows 8.1 and having my dedicated GPU enabled.

So, ¿where can i find a version of windows 10 which i can download and use, and which it does not have the october update already installed?. Because if i upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8.1, the upgrade that i will get will have the october update already installed.

    Thank u

I updated to windows 10 2004 on an ASUS vivobook and my touchscreen stopped working. In the settings menu it says "No pen or touch input is available for this device" and I can bo longer calibrate for touch screen or pen either. Ive tried rolling back the update, running a troubleshoot, etc until I went to device manager and in "Show hidden devices" I found HID touch screen ghosted out. I deleted it hoping "Scan for hardware changes" would redownload and fix it however now its just completely disappeared. How can I fix this?
