Thanks for trying to help me.

I've tried the Windows Update Assistant utility (as described) and that didn't work. It returns "Windows 10 installation failed" around the 37% mark. And kept doing it when I retry.

I've also tried all the following in Clean Boot mode:

    • Windows update troubleshooter - no issues
    • Resetting the services / DSIM / SFC scan - no violations
    • Renaming the SoftwareDistribution

And when I re-run Windows Update, I still get Error code: (0x80070003)

And one (or more) new f*cking "Feature" that pushes me away from Windows!

When I click on Start, the mouse jumps to the middle of the Start Quick Launch menu.

When I click on the Notification (lower right corner) the mouse jumps to the middle of Notification.

When I open an App, the mouse jumps to the middle of the app.

For the life of me, I cannot find which setting is setting or how to STOP this from happening.

I suspect you need to update to a previous version before the latest. Try version 1903 or 1909 using the repair/inplace upgrade install route.

Previous ISO image files are available here https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php select the necessary options to provide an ISO for version 1903 or 1909, selecting the latest build available for the version.

    During the update:
