This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on October 13th for all the supported consumer releases of Windows 10.

  1. Windows 10 version 2004 - KB4579311 Build 19041.572
  2. Windows 10 versions 1903 and 1909 - KB4574727, Build 18362.1139 and 18363.1139
  3. Windows 10 versions 1809 - KB4570333, Build 17763.1518

IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. These devices will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates that contain protection from the latest security threats. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10.

    This update left my pc with so many issues. The keyboard isn't working properly, the ctrl, t,y ,print , higher brightness and mute buttons. After it was done there wasn't any sound coming from my pc got that fixed though. But the keyboard started giving me probe right after. 

    Well that's a real kick in the nutz. I don't know if you are just venting or wanting help.  If the latter, need more info.(I'm assuming it's a Laptop?  What is Make/Model?) --  Windows Version?  Did you check for new drivers for your keyboard?  IF you scroll up a little, mrdbeta left a great list:  LOOKING FOR DRIVERS & SUPPORT--

    Not that I will be able to help much without "web-searching" (which you should try to do.)  I'm no pro by any means!!

    If new drivers don't help, can you Uninstall that latest update? What update did you install??

    I have been putting off updating again for a long time since rolling back to previous version since the last cumulative update did a 'hose job' on my machine.  I've been thinking all day about trying to update again, but after reading this....  notsomuch!

    Thanks for the information. I get drivers directly from Windows Update such as ACPI, Intel Management Engine, Intel HD Graphics and others. I just installed the Sound Card, Synaptics Touchpad and recently about an hour ago I installed the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver replacing Storahci.sys Everything is fine, no problem at all.
