IMPORTANT

Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. These devices will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates that contain protection from the latest security threats. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10.

IMPORTANT

Windows 10, version 1903 will reach end of servicing on December 8, 2020. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends that you update to the latest version of Windows 10. If you want to update to Windows 10, version 1909, you must use the Enablement Package KB4517245 (EKB). Using the EKB makes updating faster and easier and requires a single restart. Hello, I have been having problems with my Windows 7 that got updated to a 10. My problem is that when I turn on my PC, it loads like normal, with the mouse and keyboard working. But then, it turns into a blue screen saying that my computer has run into a problem and that it'll recover or something. The code that it gives me is NTFS FILE SYSTEM. It then goes to the Windows starting screen but on the bottom, it says "Automatic Recovery". Then it loads a screen saying "Choose your keyboard layout". By then my mouse and keyboard had stopped working. They are still connected to the PC but aren't on. So I can't choose a keyboard layout. This all happened after I tried to upgrade something. It's been like this for over a month and I can't find a way to fix it. I tried contacting Microsoft Support but they didnt answer back. I've searched up videos on YouTube, but nothing matches my description. If anybody can help me, it would be appreciated. Anyways, have a good day.

There is not a single stupid update when after Winshit 10 updated than everything working correctly.

    ALWAYS SOMETHING WORNG.

Sound or touchscreen or the system slower or update takes time. More than 30 minutes.

    Always something bad happening.

And we don't want your new web browser. Why are you forcing us to have it?

Yes I know the answer.  Replace the laptop and system. I am working on it.
