Hi, I recently had this issue, looked through all the suggested ideas but without success. I discovered a certain Chrome update had installed Chrome AdBlock as an extension. Removing this sorted out my issues of having audio but no video. I also run AdBlock Plus so not sure if they were conflicting or if it was purely an issue with the Chrome AdBlock extension. Cheers.

I managed to permanently turn this mode off in Chrome with this. Don't know how to do this in Edge. "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess Microsoft literally push Edge users to Chrome. My laptop specs is quite good but this stupid mode make web-browsing impossible.

Hi,

I managed to permanently turn this mode off in Chrome with this. Don't know how to do this in Edge.
