Windows 10 Version 22H2 (KB5022834) will not update

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022834) will not update for the past month.

The message "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes" keeps appearing.

I am on

Edition: Windows 10 Home

Version: 22H2

Installed on: 25/12/2020

OS Build: 19045.2251

Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

I have tried running the Windows Update troubleshooter.

I am unsure what else to do as I am a newbie at this.

I would appreciate any assistance with this.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue. 2 months ago I had the same problem therefor I have re-installed windows from scratch and today we have to go again.

    This is not acceptable.

    Please come back to us with a proper solution.

    This is the message that I am getting:

    Failed to install on ‎2/‎19/‎2023 - 0x800f0922 which seems rather uninformative from my searches.

    I have manually downloaded the patch and tried to apply it with the same results.

    I would be happy to send my CBS logs if I knew where to put them.

    I have a fulltime job, including week-ends, have no time to manipulate Win all the day. I'll try if I have a bit time, but for now no time. An OS is supposed to be functional, that's the sense of "operating" system in OS. Sorry to remind that. ;)

    I have a full-time job also, and that's configuring/deploying Windows. And I volunteer the rest of my time here. Practically, we as end-users can do nothing to improve the Windows setup experience (other than send your feedback via the FBH). That said, fixing/tinkering the OS is the only option left if you want to avoid reinstalling Windows.

    Ok you are volunteering, you are a computing pro. I'm a simple customer and the KB putting my hardware at risk. I remember now that I don't reach the stage where I get errors because of that. I don't want to destroy my MSI GT Titan for a bad update. I posted already on the comment hub app. Have a nice day.
