Xbox App keeps asking me to download Gaming Services

I just got Game Pass a few days ago and haven't been able to play it once because every single time I hit on Install a screen telling me to Download Gaming Services keeps popping up even though I've already installed it numerous times. I'm turning to this because I have no idea what to do, I've already tried a bunch of different suggestions from people such as: Repairing and Reseting all the apps, I've tried to uninstall and install with Powershell, I've tried to update through the windows store, I've updated everything on Windows, I tried going into the registry and I deleted the GamingServices and GamingServices.net but Nothing works at all, I've completely given up on this, I feel scammed because I just got Game Pass and I haven't been to play a single game.

One weird thing I noticed and I don't know if this is normal is that when I go over to my account settings on the Xbox App on the segment where it says "GameInstall Options" I get some weird error that says "There was a problem loading installation locations. Try Again" But it never gives me that chance to change anything.

    Same exact issues, nothing suggested or found online works, useless xbox gamepass, paying for problems.

    btw, downloading from the Microsoft Store works, it's just the Xbox App

    I have the same issue.

    @Update Guys I found solution that worked for me on Windows 10, not sure if it works on 11 as well.

    1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    2. Click "Download Now" and download MediaCreationTool22H2.
    3. Run it as administrator and let it do his thing.
    4. Check "Upgrade this PC now", click next and let him download and verify files. This can take a while depending on your internet connection.
    5. Make sure it's "Keep Personal Files and Applications" and click Install. Now it will install windows but won't delete anything.

    Now Gaming Services and Gaming Services Net both working and finally could install games.

    You know it's funny because not only do I get this constantly, but I also get the specific error code "0x8007001f" and ONLY that error code any time a game installation is attempted. I was in a chat with a microsoft support agent for probably over 2 hours trying ALL of their "fix" methods minus the reinstallation of Windows 11. Not a single one of them fixed the problem and at the end, they just told me that I would have to ask a windows support person rather than an xbox support person and I was just like really? It is a specific error code and they seemingly have 0 knowledge or info about it. Just today, I did a fresh reset and installation of windows 11 after saving all my stuff and what do you know! The problem is not fixed. What a scam.
