Xbox App keeps asking me to download Gaming Services

Ok so I was finally able to get it to work basically I restarted my computer then went into where the folder named XboxGames is (it should be in your C drive) then I renamed it to something else and then made a new empty folder called XboxGames then I opened my xbox app and it started working.

This is the ultimate Fix as of today July 18th 2023.

Please make sure to do them in chronological order. Thanks!
Install all the updates from Windows
Type Updates in Windows search and hit Enter.
In the new window, click Check for updates.
If optional updates are available, install them as well (very important!).
Restart your system and check if the problem is gone.

Reset Xbox app/Microsoft Store app/Gaming Services
Right-click on Start and pick Apps and Features.
Scroll down until you find Gaming Services and click it.
Pick Advanced options.
Scroll down and click Terminate and then Reset.
Once done, do the same with the Xbox app and Microsoft Store.

Clear Delivery Optimization files
Type Disk Cleanup in Windows search and hit Enter.
Select your main drive (C: by default) from the dropdown menu and click OK.
From the list, locate Delivery Optimization Files and tick the box next to it.
We also recommend clearing temporary and other unneeded files.
Click OK.
Restart your system.

Reset Microsoft Store cache
Type wsreset in Windows search bar and hit Enter.
A black window will show up – do not interact with it/do not close it.
After a short while, Windows Store should open, and its cache should be removed.

Reinstall Gaming Services
Right-click on Windows Start button and select PowerShell (Admin).
User Account Control will ask whether you want to make changes to your computer – click Yes.
In the PowerShell window, copy and paste the following command, pressing Enter after:
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Once done, follow up with these commands:
Remove-Item -Path “HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices” -recurse

Remove-Item -Path “HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet” -recurse

Restart your system.
Start the Xbox application. You should see a blue banner with the following message: "This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval is required. Install"
Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services.
After the installation is complete, you should be able to install and start games again.

Followed every single step, and unfortunately this still didn't work for me. Tried everything. Not sure what to do at this point.

The only solution after all the Powershell commands and restarts. That's wild

I just got Game Pass a few days ago and haven't been able to play it once because every single time I hit on Install a screen telling me to Download Gaming Services keeps popping up even though I've already installed it numerous times. I'm turning to this because I have no idea what to do, I've already tried a bunch of different suggestions from people such as: Repairing and Reseting all the apps, I've tried to uninstall and install with Powershell, I've tried to update through the windows store, I've updated everything on Windows, I tried going into the registry and I deleted the GamingServices and GamingServices.net but Nothing works at all, I've completely given up on this, I feel scammed because I just got Game Pass and I haven't been to play a single game.

One weird thing I noticed and I don't know if this is normal is that when I go over to my account settings on the Xbox App on the segment where it says "GameInstall Options" I get some weird error that says "There was a problem loading installation locations. Try Again" But it never gives me that chance to change anything.
