i have been getting random reboots with the error about SCEP.

    Is any part of that URL related in any way possibly to a TPM key?

    Switching to discrete TPMs from AMD CPU based TPM seemed to fix the problem for me, I was having errors and as soon as I switched BIOS over to discrete they vanished.

    Yes, it pretty much is TPM related. Some say the false URL is hard coded into Ryzen CPUs (which I run).
    Switching to discrete TPMs is a good idea.

    All I can say it regardless of anything else that has been said here all I did was put a discrete TPM module on my board and for me the problem disappeared. Not once but twice.

    I have a ROG Zenith Alpha running Windows 10 ( Discrete TPM ) and a

    AORUS X670E Extreme Running Windows 11 ( Discrete TPM )

    Both boards had the issues above and now they don't so I wont say it is the only fix but it is the fix that worked for me.

    To be fair it raises this event a lot and it can be disconcerting, on my system I ended up with so many that the OS started hiding them and telling me that to many events had been raised and it was going to use this one event every 86,400 seconds to tell me the total of all the events raised. Also to be fair their have been efforts made to correct the internal TPM which may or may not have reached B-ri27's CPU yet.

    Being that I now run a discrete TPU I don't know if the patch to my CPU for the TPU actually works.
