i have been getting random reboots with the error about SCEP.

    The link you provided is for Certification Support, like certifications from courses and exams. Is that really the intended link?

    What you’re seeing is AMD setting up their server wrong. You would get the same error if your router was messed up.

    It’s NOT causing crashes, it’s being logged AFTER the crash - when the system reboots.

    If you don’t believe me, go to the server address, you’ll get a missing file. And Feel free to browse AMD’s forums and find the post where a employee stopped by and confirmed the server issue.

    I am currently in contact with AMD support about this issue. And they argue it's not a Webserver issue and just say I should make sure that all my drivers (Chipset etc.) are up to date.

    Is any part of that URL related in any way possibly to a TPM key?

    I ask as for both my PC's

    Gigabyte X670E Extreme

    and

    Rog Zenith Extreme Alpha

    Switching to discrete TPMs from AMD CPU based TPM seemed to fix the problem for me, I was having errors and as soon as I switched BIOS over to discrete they vanished.

    That's what I expected from AMD:
    "It's not our fault! But keep your drivers always up to date. Just for the case we fix it. (Which we can't.) Thanks for buying AMD. (Ha ha!)"
