SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for local system

Apologies if came across as personal, not meant to.

I am suffering from the same frustrations that plenty of other users are.

No worries though, I've already rebuilt from the ground up twice because of similar issues.

for now, my solution is power it down and worry about it later.

Lost the personal-drive to actually get it working again now, only to risk it occuring again.

BTW I am not a Microsoft employee I am an end user. but I have a feeling that this is actually MS trying to hose out older CPU's and possibly brand bias on their part - but I can't prove it. The only thing I can tell you is on both my systems which are AMD the only way the issue stopped is when I put discrete TPU's in. I don't know what is causing the BSOD's on your system but am quite willing to help you solve it but please leave what sounds like your sarcasm at the door. I was only trying to be helpful with my response.

This issue is so annoying (even more so the passing of buck so called initial "support").

I tried a new install of 22H2 yesterday but straight away the same error occurs, and shows up in Event Viewer.

I'm now doing a clean install of 21H2 and will see how that goes and will report back. But Microsoft can you please fix the issues with fTPM on AMD that only became an issue after YOUR 22H2 update?

passing the buck to the certification vendor! really, 30 users already found this record and tagged it as impacting them and you pass the buck to "whoever the cert vendor is". But wait one further minute ..... let's look at who the cert vendor is shall we.

So in a Microsoft support channel, Microsoft users are being told by Microsoft Support Employees to go to Microsoft?????

For anyone who doesn't know this "Azure" is the name for MICROSOFT cloud services.

So no matter how you look at this, we are communicating with Microsoft and they are saying "go talk to microsoft"?

Oh yeah, I am seeing this error as well and my system is BSODing regularly.

So please advise me which OTHER MICROSOFT you are suggesting we communicate with.

This issue has also been raised on AMD forums below, but it seems both Microsoft and AMD are unwilling to resolve it.

Which organization owns the operating system that is trying to reference the invalid server address?

Considering the operating system is called "Microsoft windows" I would presume that means (you guessed it) Microsoft.

And if Microsoft don't see this as their problem, then why aren't they communicating this to AMD to fix it?

From my perspective that answer is : We don't know sort it out yourselves talk to these people I.E it's buck passing.

How about someone from Microsoft <mod removed> get someone to sort this as it's not a one off it is effecting a lot of people.
