Switching to discrete TPMs from AMD CPU based TPM seemed to fix the problem for me, I was having errors and as soon as I switched BIOS over to discrete they vanished.
Yes, it pretty much is TPM related. Some say the false URL is hard coded into Ryzen CPUs (which I run).
Switching to discrete TPMs is a good idea.Nice to hear that the switch works for you.

Gigabyte X670E Extreme
and
Rog Zenith Extreme Alpha
