How can I turn off Windows security asking me for a password to see my Google Chrome passwords. This is a real inconvenience.

    Thank you!!! It worked!!! So happy to have that annoying pop up every time I used a pass word stopped.

    I couldn't find it where people where saying it was... you need to click SETTINGS, then you will see the option to turn off.

    I had the same problem. Just upgraded to Win 11 and had this popup from Microsoft to protect passwords. Then every time I tried to sign in to my bills etc I would have to use my pin to confirm it's me. Thanks to this post I was able to shut it off.
