After applying the most recent cumulative update to my Win 11 PC, it will no longer completely shut down and will not restart. It closes all apps and video but the lights and fan continue to run and it won't power off. I have to shut down using the power button. I ran "sfc/scannow" which repaired corrupted files but didn't resolve this issue. What should I do to troubleshoot this and get it corrected?

Sorry to hear that. I suggest you put that question to Microsoft support. If the power button is not causing Windows 11 to shut down it is possible you may need to re-install.
Check your Windows updates first in case you have missed one that may have a bug fix for your problem.
I solved my problem by tweaking the power settings in the BIOS on the motherboard.

Sounds like a bios setting to recognise the graphics driver is disabled.
I disabled my NVIDIA graphics driver and now my PC won’t boot up please help.
