Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    I couldn't get the Mahjong trick to work :-(

    However, I have Solitaire installed on my iPhone but, in the past, have never bothered to log in on there.

    I opened Solitaire on my phone just now and logged in. I then tried to open on my PC and, surprisingly, it worked straight away. I've no idea of the logic behind that, but at least I'm in for now! Will see what happens when I restart later ......

    The fact that they, by now, are unaware and/or uninformed of the massive problem at the user's ends, is.. Well.. I'm not sure I have words.. It is thought provoking.. It's an area where you should improve, Microsoft!!!!

    I have it on my iphone but i can't get it on my pc which is where i play.The iphone is for when i am in a queue (garage,hospital,etc.).
