Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Unfortunately I spoke too soon. It worked one time and when I closed it and tried to open it again, it was back to where it was - not loading.

Having this problem as well. Appreciate all the suggestions from all you people. Tried your suggestion. It worked fine in the Admin account, but sadly didn't fix it in my own account. Another weird thing.. After logging in, in the Solitaire app on the Admin account, it did not see my Premium subscription. Hmm.. This is a weird mess.. :/

One loose thought.. Perhaps there are some new terms the user have to accept, but some bug prevents it from showing, so the user can't accept it.

this from the PC "xbox games app" .. (couldn't copy txt so heres a grab) Worked for me!

In the german community, Karl-HeinzFenske found a workaround to start the game:

    https://answers.microsoft.com//message/2b6a9912-731a-4961-9966-44ef7d418fa5?threadID=6694962d-ad07-41c3-8bc3-9e8e41dea364

    Quote Translate:

"In the Microsoft Store I have another game (Mahjong) that I opened in the store there.

X-Box showed me logged in and I was able to play mahjong.

From there you can select Solitaire.

I did that and solitaire opened up and is playable for me. I logged out, restarted the computer, selected Solitaire normally.

That worked, so I tried logging in, it worked and now the game is running again."

Others then tried the Mahjong trick and it worked.

Thanks but I don't understand what that means. I am already the system administrator so there is no need to enable it.
