Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    I am currently suffering the same issues as mentioned in this thread. Tried lots of things but no luck so far. Running Windows 11 with all updates loaded

    grrrrrrrr same problem! Tried resetting stuff.. network unblocking etc.. even uninstalled Killer Network in case causing the problem ... I did see a message at one point saying "temp files location has moved" dunno how but... could that be anything? still stuck Heelllpppp! :)

    Thank you. The instructions were slightly different for my PC but based on what you said,I was able to get it working again and I even got my stats back.
