You are probably too good for the game!
Seems that some idiots took control and throw out concurrence!
I am using this game by paying premium membership!
I am really in bad mood about this interruption!

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.
I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.
I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.
Still not working.
Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.
I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.
Any ideas what is wrong?

I am definitly with you ... I can play Casual Games from another PC ... but on this one here ... the Casual Game Service is stopped! And there's no option to restart it manualy ... (after last System update by Microsoft) ... maybe registry settings?
I am also a Premium user and my access has been unavailable for two days now.
I'm not technically great but have followed basic instructions but still no joy.
What is the best way to actually speak to Microsoft about this after all they take my money?
