Was working fine for me last night (23:40 BST) but will not load today.
Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.
I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.
I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.
I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.
Still not working.
Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.
I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.
Any ideas what is wrong?

2023-08-11T19:00:36+00:00 I have solved the issue on my two PCs. I have uninstalled the Solitaire Collections from my computers. Restarted the computer. Ran the Troubleshooter for the Microsoft Store Apps (Settings > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps ). Restarted the computer. Installed Solitaire Collections from the Microsoft Store. Restarted the computer and than ran Solitaire Collections. This solved the problem for me on both PCs.
I'm not sure whether all restarts are required, but I wasn't taking an chances.
Possibly this may help for other users as well.
