why is my solitaire not working
Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.
I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.
I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.
Still not working.
Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.
I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.
Any ideas what is wrong?

2024-02-17T16:52:17+00:00 To all people posting replies in this thread please state whether you have tried the work arounds described by the various participants. Just stating your Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games doe not work does not really help.

2024-02-28T15:11:32+00:00 I had already subscribed to the Premium version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection (and had been renewing each year) when I had my own problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app seemed to resolve the issue, though -- and I didn't have to install any other MS casual games, either (such as the Mahjong app workaround others have reported success with using).
