Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    I THINK IT IS MICROSOFT HAVING MOVED WHAT WAS A GREAT FREE GAME INTO THEIR SUBSCRIPTION-BASED GAME PASS SO NOW YOU HAVE TO BUY IT. TRAGIC THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE BALLS TO ADMIT THAT UP FRONT BUT INSTEAD ALLOW THEIR ENTIRE COMMUNITY TO WONDER AND WORRY THAT THAT IT JUST DISAPPEARED WITH NO NOTICE. I PAID THEIR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TO PLAY SOLITAIRE WITH NO ADVERTS UP TO JANUARY 2024, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THEY STOLE 6 MONTHS OF MY MONEY TOO. I AM DISGUSTED.

    I installed Microsoft Mahjong and opened Microsoft Solitaire through Mahjong.

    I have also had this problem for the last four days. Tried all the fixes suggested but no luck. Also Premium edition on Windows 10. Smarten up Microsoft. We are paying for this lack of service!!!!!

    Hi

    I'm having the same issue, tried repair, uninstall, windows 11 up to date, not virus or firewall conflict, lost all scores and paid £12.49 for the premium bundle that now does not work.

    I am very unhappy
