Hi,
you (and others) might like to have a "read back" on how many of us were able to return to Casual Games ... still being astonished by "Karl's Solution"!
Just move to page 5 of this thread!

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.
I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.
I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.
Still not working.
Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.
I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.
Any ideas what is wrong?

Its not a priority for them, maybe they should ask their AI to sort it
Turn your wi-fi off and then turn it on again then log in
Oh thanks Raikor
I’ll try that. But at the same time I would like to know why Microsoft is doing this… anyone any thoughts?
Hi,
the "given" and for many users "working" solution was to add (install) "Mahjong" to ones Casual Games Account ... without a need to use it ever ... just installing it worked for many others and also for me ... you may try that "workaround" too!
Best regards,
Raisor
