Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    My getaround. I created a new user account called Guest and found Microsoft Solitaire worked and when I entered my Solitaire user name all my game scores were there. Just click on the new account and no need to logout of your account so you can go back to where you left off

    Turn your wi-fi off and then turn it on again then log in
