I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.
I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.
I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.
Still not working.
Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.
I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.
Any ideas what is wrong?

I have also tried uninstall- reinstall
My system is all up to date.
Come to think, this problem started when I installed update 9th August 2023
below is the update reference.
2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029263)
I can't open Microsoft Solitaire either - this is since the last Windows update on 9 August. Have tried all the suggestions - reinstall, check for update etc, etc but still no joy :-( Hope someone on this forum can come up with and answer (fingers crossed). Failing that does anyone know how to contact Microsoft directly about this - will be asking for my money back if they don't sort this out soon ....... :-D
I have solved the issue on my two PCs. I have uninstalled the Solitaire Collections from my computers. Restarted the computer. Ran the Troubleshooter for the Microsoft Store Apps (Settings > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps ). Restarted the computer. Installed Solitaire Collections from the Microsoft Store. Restarted the computer and than ran Solitaire Collections. This solved the problem for me on both PCs.
I'm not sure whether all restarts are required, but I wasn't taking an chances.
Possibly this may help for other users as well.
The same thing is happening to me. Oddly, though, it worked after the 9 August updated but only for 1 day. Now(11 August) it won't fully load.
