Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    I have the same problem with Solitaire. I have tried everything you suggest and still no success.

    Any other suggestion?

    I am paying Windows a premium for that game and have advised them about the problem but have received no reply.

    Can you help?

    turn off solitaire , turn off wi fi , turn on solitaire and let it load , then turn on wi fi

    Alles gemacht, Windows 11 installiert und das Spiel (Solitäre) weiter nicht funktioniert. Es ist unfassbar das Sie es nicht Reparieren können.

    Ich bin der Meinung, dass es in Netzwerk liegt. Das spiel startet, sobald der Karten Kranz sich bewegt hängt sich das Spiel auf. An diesem Tag (9.8.23) haben Sie zwei Updates gestellt. Ob diesen Verbindungfehler in Netzwerk Update liegt???

    Turn off your wifi then start solitaire , let it load , turn your wifi back on , works for me
