Hi Rick,

I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I'll do my best to help you.

Looks like you're getting a popped up of iCloud on your startup.

This usually occurs when it's enabled on Startup Settings.

To disable it, please follow the steps below:

Press right click the Start Menu and choose Task Manager, then select the Startup tab and right-click iCloud and select Disable.

Restart your device and it should not popped up on your startup.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

Thank you,

Christine L

The only problem with that is that the sign in it wants is for an OLD email address and I don't have the password. Somebody needs to figure this out!

Talk to Apple, they will help resolve everything.

What if I haven't changed anything on the permissions? I turn on my PC and suddenly iCloud is open there, what has never happened before.

Is it possible "my defenses were breached"?

I have the same problem. I changed email for Appleid on Apple and Icloud and it eliminated the old email, which was blocked, but the pop-up still uses the old one. I disabled everything Icloud, rebooted and restarted several times, and still get the nuisance pop-ups. I'll probably delete ICloud.
