why am i getting icloud sign on pop up window all the time?

Hi Rick,

I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I'll do my best to help you.

Looks like you're getting a popped up of iCloud on your startup.

This usually occurs when it's enabled on Startup Settings.

To disable it, please follow the steps below:

Press right click the Start Menu and choose Task Manager, then select the Startup tab and right-click iCloud and select Disable.

Restart your device and it should not popped up on your startup.

    One more detail I should add is that the occurrence does not happen at start-up but rather after the computer being started up.

    This occurs at intervals of times and goes over game programs ran in full mode window, or full screen, and other activity on the system's display.

    So, if it is required to stop it from starting, by disabling it, should I need to access files for a program like a game program, would I need to reinitialize the iCloud system manually after the system started (or restarted)?

    I have similar issue with a Windows 10 system.

    Now, some details are different, and I can also take and add some screenshots of what happens, how, when, and so on.

    I can also take and add screenshots of the Task Manager Startup tab and Processes Tab, on which iCloud and some of the related iCloud programs operate.

    Others are iCloud Photos, iCloud Keychain, Apple Security Manager and iTunes to name a few not listed numerically in a long list of around 10+ to 20+ Scroll Down instances, this in Processes...

    In Startup tab, iClouds references are, iCloud, iCloud Drive, iCloud Keychain, iCloud Photos, iCloud Shared Albums, iTunes Helper and iTunes Mobile Device Helper, with only a few more instead of 10+, 20+ pages...
