Hi Rick,

I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I'll do my best to help you.

Looks like you're getting a popped up of iCloud on your startup.

This usually occurs when it's enabled on Startup Settings.

To disable it, please follow the steps below:

Press right click the Start Menu and choose Task Manager, then select the Startup tab and right-click iCloud and select Disable.

Restart your device and it should not popped up on your startup.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

Thank you,

Christine L

I have this exact problem too with the old email, so I can't verify it with any password I use or used. It seems to happen more when the screen changes, or it's also random. Every maybe 15 seconds, so it's hard to do any work on the computer. They make it hard to follow any solutions, and none of them have worked so far for me.

This issue started on my Windows 10 machine after the last MS update, so IMO same old MS/apple issue of guess what we did in the IOS update, blah, blah :(

started happening for me too - tried a reboot - yesterday I tried to move a number of files from icloud to onedrive (it ultimately failed as it said the folder was in use - made sure on every device i had closed the folder i was trying to move still wouldn't work - then this started happening

thought it may be something to do with sending diagnostic info but no joy

going to uninstall as it will pop up and take focus from my current work.
