Windows 11 is limiting my internet speeds

When I go into my network connections tab under my control panel I can see that the speed of the connection varies but usually stays between 150Mb/s to 180Mb/s however when it comes to browsing or downloading things I'm only getting between 3-5Mb/s.

I have already gone through and uninstalled then reinstalled brand new drivers as well as this being a brand new PC.

Metered connections is off

I also know its not anything to do with my network as when testing the speed on other devices it usually stays between 150Mb/s to 180Mb/s as well.

I have tried everything that I can find however nothing has worked thus far and I am just very confused why my computer just doesn't seem to want to use its available internet.

For specs I'm running a gigabyte B450M D3SH WIFI motherboard, Ryzen 5 2600, RTX 2070 super, 16 gigs of ram, 500 GB SSD, 2TB HDD. Running the most current version of windows 11

This was my dream gaming pc and so to have this slow of wifi makes it somewhat useless

    Did this:

    These sets of commands will reset the internet connection and re-calibrate the internet settings you have.

    Press Windows Key + X.
    Click on Command prompt (Admin).
    Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:

    netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
    netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
    netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    Am now even worse off. Download was fast, now is slow, ie very very slow..

    Upload was slow. Now even slower.

    How on earth will I fix this???

    I am now back where I was before I started this "fix".

    I now have fast download restored.

    I now have slow upload restored to where it was. Slow, but not super super slow.

    Any idea how I can speed up my slow upload?

    Check your internet speed using https://www.speedtest.net/ , it might just be that your wifi plan has slow upload speeds, and if that's the case, you should upgrade it. If it's not your plan, then try connecting to the internet with an ethernet cable, some ethernet cables have max limits, so I would suggest finding one that will give you the best results with your specific speeds.

    I'm pretty sure it is the PC.

    PC is connected to the WiFi router with a cable. Cable is Cat 6.

    But PC also has WiFi. Get same results with WiFi.

    If I use my phone I get slower download speeds, but not significantly slower, and slow upload but probably about a third faster than the PC upload on average.

    I have been using Speedtest.net. And I have been bugging my ISP and the fibre network company too.

    Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
