I've tried both links, I guess my last resort will be reinstall the driver which can be quite annoying to do. For some reason I just can not down load (2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems) (KB5023696) It response status saids download error -0x800f0845

So now you have a different error?
What happened to the 0xc000021a?
Did you delete the Windows\SoftwareDistribution before trying to download again?
Run these 5 commands from a command prompt opened as administrator, one at the time in that sequence and see if they find anything to fix.
