Windows 11 Windows 11, version 22H2: KB5023706 (OS Build 22621.1413) March 14, 2023—KB5023706 (OS Build 22621.1413) - Microsoft Support This security update includes improvements that were a part of update KB5022913 (released February 28, 2023), including: ***New!* This update improves the search box experience on the taskbar. As you type in the search box, search results now appear in the search flyout box. You keep sending the same update and it will not work. Not only do I have to wait for this long update then I have to wait longer for it to be removed. If it does not work the download should stop trying. How many times do I have to wait on it, today was the 4th time it has forced it way onto my computer. This is my computer as I paid for it so if you want to control what is on my computer should pay for this computer.

The answer is no. My system was in S4 sleep, and the error is simply stating that it may be slow waking up. Because this strange behaviour seemed to be related to the update process itself, I was suspicious that something was going on when the system was asleep. So I examined the system log files (which are numerous) for the days in question. The logs did not support this theory, but did show something else. After updating to KB5023706 the virtualization based security (core isolation) can't be turned off, even after deinstalling KB5023706 the memory integrity stays (enforced) on. That is frustrating because I can't run software or games who are not compatible with virtualization.

If it does not work the download should stop trying. How many times do I have to wait on it, today was the 4th time it has forced it way onto my computer. After updating to KB5023706 the virtualization based security (core isolation) can't be turned off, even after deinstalling KB5023706 the memory integrity stays (enforced) on. That is frustrating because I can't run software or games who are not compatible with virtualization.
