***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

I am pleased to report that the Windows Update team at Microsoft was able to resolve this problem on 2/16/2023, at around 10:30am PST.

I did not do anything special, the problem just disappeared right now!

I'm having the same issue with HP Envy laptop
Someone from Microsoft has told that they are looking into it .
I am having the same problem on an Hp Omen Laptop and an HP TE-01-1150xt desktop. The problem comes and goes. It disappeared this morning at 5:30 EST and came back again at 8:10 AM EST. It now has resolved itself again at 8:30 AM.
Also there was an interruption in the internet that had nothing to do with my ISP. It was a windows error corrected by using a troubleshooter.
