Resolve Install Error - 0x80070103 Windows 11 Pro

***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

Please help me to resolve this matter.

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Windows update

    run a system health check (sfc and device )

    if that doesnt fix the issue then

    Go to start

    Search box type ( troubleshoot settings )

    Click on ( other troubleshooters )

    Over there click on "run" ( windows update )

    Hope fully that resolves your issue

    Ran sfc /scannow and windows update troubleshooter, restarted, same results, lots of failed intel updates and they all fail and come up retry.

    Do we have solution from MS as i still cannot use update, as there is a stuck update, that for 12 hours has shown 100% download but not executed!

    Microsoft has fixed the issue most of us were having. Run your troubleshooter, Use the feedback hub to send the issue to Microsoft, Try restarting your pc.
