***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

I am pleased to report that the Windows Update team at Microsoft was able to resolve this problem on 2/16/2023, at around 10:30am PST.

2023-02-15 On my Dell 5400 AIO same issue; eleven updates not updating.
This morning, 2023-02-16 10:00 EST, I checked Windows update. One Intel update only is available; yesterday there were eleven. It appears for my PC either Intel or Micrsoft fixed this issue. After the installation of the one file, I rebooted the PC, again checked Windows update, nothing available for updating; on my system all is good. Hope this helps others.
Sounds like it is an overall error with Microsoft products. Hopefully, we get some expert help on this!
Same on Surface laptop. cannot SSH into any of servers now! fix asap MS!
