Resolve Install Error - 0x80070103 Windows 11 Pro

***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

Please help me to resolve this matter.

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

I am pleased to report that the Windows Update team at Microsoft was able to resolve this problem on 2/16/2023, at around 10:30am PST.

    Also, you do not need to perform any operation, you can ignore these update prompts, because the prompted driver updates have been successfully installed on your device before, so there is no impact on your device.

    We recommend that you wait patiently for Microsoft to complete the fix and thank you for your support of Microsoft products.

    After I try the pause & resume updates on HP Envy laptop, all the others went away, except for these, Microsoft please fix.
