Resolve Install Error - 0x80070103 Windows 11 Pro

***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

Please help me to resolve this matter.

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

I am pleased to report that the Windows Update team at Microsoft was able to resolve this problem on 2/16/2023, at around 10:30am PST.

    Seems like Microsoft pulled the magic switch that fixed the problem. More information to follow if I get it.

    Guys,

    I followed instructions from this community:

    click the one week pause - restart pc and check again... mine was resolved... I don't see anymore these errors.

    I carefully followed these instructions but the updates still return with "RETRY". PS...I update once or twice daily on Dell Inspiron 15 3000 model which is only 1 year old. Thank you in advance.
